FRP MEMBRANE HOUSING installation process:
The following is the process you need for the FRP membrane housing:
• First, you need to check the membrane model, whether it is 2.5 inches, 4 inches, or 8 inches, 16 Inches.
• Later as per the model, you need to select and fix housing.
• Next, select suitable FRP membrane housing.
• You will get an FRP membrane Housing with a fixed endcap. So you need to remove or unlock the endcap.
• Now place the “o” ring in the grove of End Cap.
• After Unlocking both the end caps you need to insert a suitable Membrane and start installing End caps as per direction of flow.
• Then, you need to apply petroleum gelly on o ring for very smooth insertion of the endcap.
• Now, you need to push that endcap with some force until it fixes in the lockplate groove.
• After that, you need to insert these lockplates/ Locking rings in the groove.
• Then, carefully fix and tighten the screws.

The following is the process you need to for the FRP membrane housing installing process of 16 inches:
• You will get an FRP membrane Housing with a fixed endcap. So you need to remove or unlock the endcap.
