IRON REMOVAL FILTER
We are manufacturing quality tested range of Iron Removal Filter Plant that is made from genuine stainless steel, making it corrosion resistant and weather proof. It is installed in municipality water supply, chemical plant, pharmaceutical industry and many more. Iron removal plants can be based on different filtration media, depending on the iron and manganese concentration, the oxygen level, CO2 content and hardness of the water.In this, air is injected in order to oxidize the iron, where the oxidized iron will then precipitate on a sand filter. The MnO2 layer in the sand bed will catalyze the oxidation of residual iron followed by backwash done by water and by air.
